Unavailable swatch wooden animals

Color is the second option, not the first option. This creates complex cases in product cards because product cards pull swatches out of the “order” used to determine option_value.available in the server side form logic. 

"Whale + Grey" is implicitly selected, which causes only "grey" animals to land in an "Available" state.
